Trusted Resources and Guides

Peer Power: Ambassador & Advisory Programs

We're building the next generation of mental health advocates. Our Peer Mental Health Ambassador Training and Teen Advisory Board give youth the tools, confidence, and leadership skills to create change in their schools and communities. These programs are designed for teens, by teens—cultivating voices that matter and perspectives that lead.

Real Conversations, Real Support

Through Real Talk Circles, Wellness Events, and Community Programs like Paint N’ Flow and Wellness University, we create safe, welcoming spaces where teens can show up as their full selves. These gatherings foster healing, connection, and joy—while dismantling stigma and reminding young people they are never alone.

Partnering with TCN for the Paint and Flow activity was a powerful reminder of how creativity and movement can support mental wellness. It was an honor to help create a space where participants could express themselves freely and recharge.
